Juice Fast Day 5

I made it to the end of day 5!! Whew, I won’t lie, days 3 and 4 I had zero desire to document this fast and the biggest attitude to boot! I can honestly say I am tired of juice lol. I’ve been consuming four 18oz bottles a day plus 2-3 liters of water. That water is a big improvement for me because I just never crave water until I’m just about dehydrated. I aim to change that from now on though. I’ve been consistent with my cardio (up to 1 hr daily). I finally received my new Bowflex Tread Climber and it is by far the best calorie blasting machine I’ve ever owned. One hour and i’m torching about 950 calories! Get one if you can! I feel more energized with the juicing and I’ve noticed I’m not as sore as I would be starting a workout regime after a workout

hiatus. That’s a win! I haven’t noticed much in the way of weight loss but the swelling is gone from my ankles and fingers and that bothersome left knee don’t protest so loudly anymore. One thing to note, my dreams have been so vivid and sleep so restful. Maybe that explains some of that energy I mentioned. All in all, I think New Year’s Day will be the end of this fast. I’m excited to eat some healthy food and carry this on through the rest of the year and beyond. No resolutions this year, I think taking things day by day is a much more achievable goal for me.
