Day 7 End of juice fast

I’m so happy to be done with this fast! What I learned? I rather eat my food than drink it. I love fruit and veggies but most of the pleasure for me comes from chewing and savoring each individually. Also, I was able to release of inflammation from my joints which is huge! I have a really bad sugar addiction which will take a while to break (I’m working on it). There’s so much emotion wrapped up in food. I found myself angry most of the time because I wasn’t eating lol. Way too much to unpack there, it’s a process. Lastly, I really need to find ways to get this water down. It will most likely solve most of my health issues. All in all, 7 days juice fast is not an unreasonable annual goal. It helps to reset and get your body on the right track.
